Sales Tax

 

Our factory and headquater are located in China and local taxes for your country have to pay to your tax bureau. Shipping and transportation companies can provide you this service for you as well.

 

Return Policy

 

We accept unused merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days since the date of shipment. Shipping cost is not refundable. All items must be returned in unused condition or refund will be refused. 15% of the tackle cost fee is charged, if original packing is absent or damaged. Used tackle are not acceptable for exchange or refund. Mail returns to:

We recommend to use trackable methods of shipment for all returns, e.g. US Postal Service or DHL delivery confirmation. We do not carry responsibility for the lost packages.

 

Warranty

 

Warranty period for rods and reels is 1 (one) year from the shipping date, if any claims caused by the quality itself.

Only for the EU,USA & AU customers
During warranty period we provide free repair service or free spare parts or free replacement of defective tackle or refund of the tackle cost. Shipping cost is not refundable.

To ensure proper and immediate service in the defective tackle shipment must be included:

- Description of the defects and circumstances of their happening;
- All broken parts;
- Address and telephone number; 
- $25.00 payment by check or money order to cover back shipment of repaired tackle or shipment of the spare parts, if defect happened after the first post-sale month. We will provide information about the status of repairing process. We guarantee to repair or to replace the defective tackle in the shortest time.

In one month after the sale if the tackle is defective, we refund cost of defective tackle (excluding shipping) and cost of return shipment via UPS Ground, USPS Priority and First Class Mail, but not more than $9.00.

For foreign customers
During warranty period (1 year) we provide at no cost parts for repair. Shipping cost is paid by customer.

The following situations are not under warranty:
- If the tackle was not delivered by Joelake fishing gear or SHI Group Limited;
- If the tackle was damaged by improper use; 
- If the tackle was damaged by bad maintenance.

 

After Warranty Service

 

When the warranty period is expired we provide after-sales service only at the customer expense. Please, contact us for free repair estimate.

Product Use Disclaimer

 

The fishing tackle we present in our web site must be used exclusively for fishing.

Our rods are produced from high-density carbon - perfect conductor of the electric current. We strongly recommend not using it as poles for antennas, flags, etc. Fishing is prohibited with the distanced less than 300 feet from the electric lines. Fishing must be immediately stopped when thunderstorm is approaching.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

In all circumstances SHI Group maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. SHI Group shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims related to the products it sells, which exceeds the liability limit. SHI Group shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not SHI Group is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
